Refund policy

Returns

If incorrect parts are ordered, Sandton Auto Body Parts reserves the right to charge out a 15% handling or cancellation fee on parts returned. Refunds will be made within seven days from the date the part is returned.Refund requests must be emailed through to sandtonautobodyparts1@gmail.com which must include reasons for the return as well as the nominated bank account for the refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns, you can contact us at sandtonautobodyparts1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at sandtonautobodyparts1@gmail.com. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Sale Items - unfortunately cannot be refunded. Only non sale items may be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange the item for the exact item, send us an email at sandtonautobodyparts1@gmail.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original payment method, within a certain amount of days. If there is a delay with your refund please first check with your bank as there is a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sandtonautobody1@gmail.com.
